Overview
Essex County Council are reopening our framework of providers of care services within supported living services for all new placements made. This framework operates on a fixed cost basis so tenders will be assessed on a 100% quality basis. Tenderers are required to submit bids via Proactis and procurement documents are available electronically at the link included within this notice. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12pm on 23rd June 2021. Providers are required to complete and pass the mandatory questions in order to secure a place on the framework, however providers seeking to deliver services to enhanced complex adults will be required to complete additional questions.
