Overview

Under the SEND Code of Practice 0 - 25 years, the Council has a duty to liaise with parents of children who have an Education Health Care (EHC) plan and young people who have such a plan, who have a right to ask for a particular educational institution to be named in that plan. The Council has named the Service Provider in children and young people's EHC plans to provide the services and the Service Provider is willing and able to provide such services in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
