Supported Housing for Young People with Complex Needs

IIntroduction The Supported Housing Commissioning Team (SHCT) acknowledges that increasingly, young people who are assessed by our Housing Solutions Team officers are presenting with more complex needs. In order to address this issue, the SHCT has developed a new service model.
