Reading Borough Council is committed to promoting good life outcomes for people with learning disabilities and/or Autism with or without Education, Health and Care Plan.It is recognized that access to some form of employment or training is important not only for economic wellbeing but also for social and emotional wellbeing, but barriers to employment persist for people with disabilities.
