Support to Live at Home (STLAH) Framework

The framework will provide social care funded packages of support to adults aged 18 and over, who meet the eligibility criteria. This includes adults who have assessed care and support needs associated with older age, physical and sensory impairment, mental illness, learning disability and for people living with dementia.
