Overview

An information provider service is required to help support upcoming changes to Support for Mortgage Interest (SMI) which is currently paid as a benefit. The requirement will contain elements of both incoming and outgoing calls to DWP customers in receipt of SMI to inform them of the changes, confirming contact and some back office administration. There is a bulk volume of customers who need to be contacted initially and then a reduced volume of new claimants going forwards. Variant bids will not be accepted.
