Supervision Billing: Direct Debit Service

At the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) we are in the process of taking our Supervision billings and payments processes in-house. We have identified that we will be required to continue outsourcing our direct debit instructions to a supplier, given the volumes of direct debits we process each year (currently 11K approximately). OPG Supervision bills approximately 63K customers at account set up, then annually for our services, until the closure of their accounts (upon which a final fee may also be billed).
