The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) are exploring the option to procure a delivery partner/consortium who can lead our work on civil society and protection of civilians in Sudan for The Sudan Stability Programme (SSP). FCDO will be using market feedback from Preliminary Market Engagement (ME) activities to inform the design of the programme. Please note that the programme is subject to changes and approvals.
