The services will be separated into 2 lots. Lot 1: Drug and Alcohol Recovery Outreach Service (DAROS) DAROS is a service to support vulnerable people who are suffering with addiction to drugs and/or alcohol alongside a range of complex issues, to engage with mainstream services.
