The preferred model will involve the creation of an integrated contract, where a lead provider coordinates a network of subcontracted providers to deliver services. The LBTH Criminal Justice Service (CJS) will remain a Council service but work seamlessly as part of a multi- agency team around the needs of the individual, specialising in offering engagement, treatment and recovery services for those in contact with Criminal Justice agencies, so streamlining the number of agencies working with an individual.
