Subscription Agreement

Supply of Service 2.1 Pendragon agrees to provide the Service to the Subscriber and the Subscriber agrees to subscribe to the Service upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 2.2 Pendragon grants to the Subscriber a non-exclusive non-transferable revocable right to access the Content as part of the Service in accordance with this Agreement. 2.3 Pendragon will provide the Service or permit the Subscriber to access the Service over the internet through such url(s) as Pendragon makes available from time to time. 2.4 The Subscriber shall only permit access to and use of the Service or Content by Permitted Employees.
