Overview

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and the London Borough of Sutton (jointly the Client) operate a shared service for street lighting. They seek to establish a collaborative relationship with a Contractor who will add real value to the delivery of street lighting maintenance and improvement services, through the OJEU Open Tendering procedure. The intention is to establish and foster a co-operative working relationship between the Client's staff and the successful tenderer, to deliver effective, efficient and continually improving service to the residents of both Boroughs.
