Strategic Partnership Contractor(s)

Plus Dane Housing intends to enter into partnership with a contractor(s) to deliver repairs & maintenance and gas & electrical works services and associated services and works. This is split into 2 lots. Lot 1: Repairs, maintenance, voids, planned replacements & associated works and services Lot 2: Gas Servicing and Electrical works and associated compliance services The contract will be for a term of 5 years.
