Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a single supplier to provide specialist care and support for people with learning disabilities and/or autism, who display behaviour that challenges, including those with a mental health condition, following an inpatient stay. The Council has developed a suitable property within Blackpool, with the intention of establishing a step up/step down service for up to four people with a learning disability and/or autism who are currently placed out of area in either low secure or specialist placements.
