Overview

A contract has been awarded to Integrated Utilities, for the works division of Northern Power, to upgrade the equipment. This is in line with Exception CPR 30.1.f (Works orders placed with utility companies) Following the re-location of the market to the former BHS building it was identified that additional power is required to allow a wider commercial offer and to increase the power supply to future proof St John's market allowing for further developments. \r \r The works to replace the HV, is specialist and requires design support. Management and site supervision of the on-site works will be supplied by NLC Maintenance Services team.
