Spencerbeck Learning Disability Extra Care Scheme

The provision of a support service with core hours within a new Extra Care Housing Scheme for 12 people with learning disabilities. The provision will deliver an anticipated 280 commissioned core hours per week: Overnight 11pm to 7am, 7 days - require 1 staff 7am to 11pm, 7 days - require 2 staff The core hours are intended to cover a 24 hour period in the long term. Core hours will be subject to some change with the provider to meet the established needs of the Adults who take up a Tenancy within the scheme.
