The purpose is the creation of a framework agreement for the supply building materials and associated products and services. Spectrum Housing Group (“Spectrum”) invites tenders for organisations to participate in a 48 month framework agreement (‘the Agreement’). The Agreement will be used by Spectrum and all parts of the Group both current and future including the development function.
