BCP Council is seeking to appoint a single service provider to the following services predominantly for BCP Homes but will include corporate sites \ building: • Collect and dispose of bulk refuse from the internal and external communal areas of residential buildings, garage sites and other facilities e.g. access roads. • Collect and dispose of hazardous waste from the internal and external communal areas of residential buildings, garage sites and other facilities. • Carry out cleaning services out of hours to communal areas of flat blocks and tenanted homes. • Provide a biohazard cleaning service during normal working hours and out of hours. • Remove needles and other drug paraphernalia fro…
