This project seeks to produce nationally representative willingness to pay estimates for a representative set of NMU crossing facilities found on the Strategic Road Network. This will be done by combining data from Stated Preference surveys previously collected by UCL, in London, with new Stated Preference and Revealed Preference evidence to be collected at two or more locations in other parts of England.
