We're tendering a framework for Decarbonisation Partnerships. The framework will run for 4 years. The purpose of this framework is to enable current and future customers of SEC to be able to access competent contractors who can carry out a variety of works referred to below. To provide SEC clients with a range of services to assist with delivering their decarbonisation projects. The framework is based upon a partnerships arrangement with the ability to provide works directly and provide management services for the delivery of the works.
