Description of the contract: Solent NHS Trust ("the Authority") are optimising the care they deliver to children and young people with ADHD by partnering with local pharmacies to undertake their physical health monitoring (height, weight, blood pressure and pulse). The Authorities are working with Hampshire, Southampton and IOW Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to outsource physical health monitoring in an effort to provide care for children and young people in more convenient community locations and reduce the pressure on the ADHD pathway within the Specialist Child and Adolescent Service.
