The Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified consultant or consultants to undertake this feasibility study that will be commissioned in two parts: o Part 1: will review the boundary of the study area, update (as required) the previous energy demand and supply assessment and consider a range of technical options, including: the fuel(s) to be used, building suitability and heat/cooling/power demand profiles, distribution pipe routes, and connections into buildings.
