Soft Market Test for One Vision Community Development Workers

Cornwall Council is requesting information from across the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) for the provision of increased VCS coordination capacity; providing links into communities in order that young people and families can find local supportive opportunities. It is intended that the responses supplied will enable the Council to develop the service design. This exercise implies no commercial commitment. This is not a formal tender document.
