Overview
GBN's current strategic planning is that it requires a delivery partner to provide delivery and technical integration to the SMR project(s), including all sub-projects. The Delivery Partner will provide project delivery capability, co-ordination, interface management, management of project baselines (including change control) throughout the project delivery lifecycle, and foster collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation across the project and supply chain.
