Small Works and Minor Building Adaptations Framework

Leicestershire County Council would like to invite contractors to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for Small Works and Minor Building Adaptations. The framework is for the provision of minor adaptations in the homes of service users to assist people to live safely and independently in the community, to avoid hospital admissions or to enable hospital discharge. Minor adaptations are items that are easily installed and require no structural alterations. They include items such as grab rails, additional stair rails, half steps, small ramps, lever taps and lighting for people with a visual impairment.
