Overview
South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust ("SLaM", "the Authority") required the provision of Patient GPS tracking services for River House Medium Secure Unit, Chaffinch Low Secure Unit and Ward in the Community at the Lambeth Site. Patients subject to a restriction order, who typically wouldn't be granted leave by the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) early in their recovery, can now access leave through the use of a GPS patient tracking Smart Tag. The current Smart Tag uses 3G network and additional indoor tracking including Wi-Fi.
