This procurement is to establish a Framework of Skills Providers to deliver specified accredited qualifications to York, North Yorkshire and East Riding (YNYER) Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and their employees. The Framework will provide skills support to leadership and management teams and pre-apprenticeship and wrap around skills training to support SMEs in the YNYER area.
