Overview
Wirral IT Services require the services of a SFIA accredited consultancy to undertake a SFIA-based skills assessment for each member of staff. Then consolidate the results of the baseline assessment and gap analysis to give an organisational view, with observations and recommendations for next steps. Also to review the above mentioned activities to confirm any gaps and discuss any further activities which might be required. To include, but not be limited to: the delivery of role profiles for all roles within WITS; the delivery of individual CPD plans for all participating staff.
