Aberdeen City Council intends to employ an organisation to undertake Single Building Assessment of various over-clad, high-rise blocks in Aberdeen. These assessments are to conform to the requirements of the Scottish Government’s ‘’Single Building Assessment Specification Document’’, June 2024.
