Overview
HCC published a call-off from the Help to Live at Home Open framework. A call-off for the Rapid Support service was undertaken through in-tend (reference AS19067) from 15 March to 31 March 2022. There was no restriction on how many lots one provider could be awarded. The Rapid Support Service will be delivered Countywide across Hampshire. Lots are primarily linked to an Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and hospital systems. However, referrals may come from any of the Hospitals within the Hampshire or outlying system or maybe a community referral.
