Short Breaks Targeted Holiday Provision

The purpose of the short breaks services is to provide an opportunity for disabled children and young people to access activities provided for them that are fun and creative provided to them in a caring stimulating and supportive environment. The provision should promote child centred practices using the voice of the child to be involved in helping shape the service through coproduction.
