The Council is considering carrying out a procurement process for the ‘Design & Build’ of the following: To convert an existing 5 storey office block (lower ground, ground and three upper floors comprising 7884 sqft of internal space) known as Sheerness House, 41 Meadow Road, Kettering, NN16 8TL from office to residential use. It is proposed that this will comprise of a mix of studios and apartments totalling 14 dwellings in all. Existing and proposed scheme plans can be provided.
