Overview

Lincolnshire County Council is looking for one provider to deliver a countywide Shared Lives Service from the1st April 2025. In Shared Lives, an adult or young person (over 16 years) with social care needs is matched with an approved Shared Lives carer, who supports and includes the individual in their family and community life. Support can be in the form of a Live in arrangement where the individual shares the Shared Lives Carer's home, Shared Days where the carer provides daytime support, or overnight Short Breaks. The Council wishes to see growth in the availability and utilisation of Shared Lives arrangements in Lincolnshire, both in terms of the volume of people being supported…
