A graduate training scheme for teachers focussed on SET (Science Engineering and Technology), with an emphasis on those careers within the relevant routes of the Sainsbury Review. Whilst implementation of the Review is two academic cycles away, this is the ideal time to seek to grow the capacity of organisations who wish to be ready to benefit from the changes the Review will bring. Two consortia/hubs will be sourced (led by general Further Education (FE) college, large Independent Training Providers (ITPs) or Higher Education Institutions (HEI)).
