East Ayrshire Council acting as lead authority for this collaborative open framework in partnership with Inverclyde Council are seeking to award a multi-lot, multi-service provider framework to assist and support Education colleagues to comply with the over-arching statutory and legislative governance arrangements of the Council in relation to Standing Orders relating to Contracts and Financial Regulations as well as complying with the guidance as issued by the Scottish Government.
