Mersey & West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (MWL) are looking to contract for the provision of Senior Leader level coaching services. The contract will be for a 3 year term with an optional 12 month extension. There are currently 50 members of staff (including but not limited to Clinical Directors, Assistant Directors and Trust Executive Group) that require access to coaching, though this volume is subject to change annually.
