Overview
The Council requires a specialist provider to deliver a SEND Mediation and Disagreement Resolution Service. The successful provider will provide independent, impartial and confidential mediation and disagreement resolution advice and support in line with the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice 2015 whilst also taking into account the DfE guidance within the SEND and Alternative Provision Improvement Plan. A closed competitive request for quotation will be undertaken to identify the successful supplier.
