Overview

The purpose of this Procurement is to establish a Framework Agreement of up to 10 Contractors to provide Security Consultants to carry out ad-hoc security and risk assessments in support of the work of Arts Council England's (ACE) National Security Adviser for the Government Indemnity Scheme. The Security Consultants will support the National Security Adviser to ensure that institutions intending to use Government Indemnity for loans are able to comply with the Scheme conditions, as set out in Annex D and E of the Scheme Guidelines (see non-national institution guidelines at http://www.artscouncil.org.uk/protecting-cultural-objects/government-indemnity-scheme).
