The Home Office’s International Strategy & Capability Unit (ISC) provides capability and capacity building for foreign governments in the following thematics: Policing Fire and Rescue Cyber Security Strategic Intelligence and Threat Assessment Border Security and Illegal Migration National Risk and Resilience This is executed either directly through agreements with foreign governments, through other UK Government Departments (e.g. FCDO) or working in partnership with other parts of the Home Office.
