Overview
The Securing the Future Programme is a major national initiative led by Community Health Partnerships (CHP), to manage the expiry of leases for 308 primary and community care buildings developed under the NHS LIFT programme. It aims to ensure these assets continue to support NHS service delivery, particularly in neighbourhood health services. A Programme Business Case, Strategic Outline Case was approved by DHSC in Summer of 2025. The next stage is for CHP to establish and lead a structured, co-ordinated and phased approach to manage lease expiries under LIFT.
