Overview

As an authority Bolsover District Council (BDC) are undertaking office relocations to maximise the efficiency of its property assets. Part of this will see the relocation of staff from the second floor of BDC’s main council offices, The Arc, to other areas of the building. Once this has been carried out it will allow planned alteration works to the second floor to be carried out. The majority of the work should be able to be undertaken during normal working hours as the whole of the second floor will be unoccupied with access being provided via one of the stairwells.
