This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is issued by National Highways, inviting suppliers to participate in market engagement activities to inform and shape the development of the overall strategy for the replacement of the SDF. There will be a number of market engagement activities, including, but not limited to: 1. A launch event to provide an overview of the forthcoming programme of works 2.
