Please note: this is a Request for Information as part of our preliminary market consultations, prior to undertaking a formal procurement procedure. Surrey County Council (SCC) has mobilised the Digital Business and Insights (DBI) programme to deliver a transformation programme to upgrade or replace the existing SAP ECC6 ERP system at SCC, which is hosted in the Council's data centres. The programme was approved by SCC Cabinet on 29 October 2019 and a procurement process is now underway, which aims to award the contract to the successful bidder by the 10th August 2020 and complete go-live of the new system by December 2021.
