Overview
Surrey County Council is looking to undertaking a transport study for Dorking town centre in south central Surrey. This work will support future funding bids for sustainable transport packages and (potentially) suitable major schemes in the area. While access by passenger transport is important, especially by trains running on both the Horsham-London and North Downs lines, as well by buses from the south of the town and from villages to both the east and south of the town.
