Recognising changes in response to the Family Justice Review (2013), Surrey is looking to improve procedures to ensure that pre-proceedings are as smooth and supportive as possible for the child or young person and to support full-care proceedings to be completed within 26-weeks. To support this process, Surrey needs the ability to spot purchase from a framework agreement of suitable providers where independent expertise is needed.
