Surrey County Council, Highways and Transport Service, is seeking an experienced and UKPMS accredited contractor to provide Scanner surveys on our Principle (A Class), Non Principle (B & C Class) and important Unclassified Roads throughout the county in accordance with the "SCANNER surveys for Local Roads User Guide and Specification Volumes 4 & 5" and shall include the commissioning of a suitable Independent Auditor by the Contractor.
