The requirement of this project is the installation of a changing place for disabled people at \r Lullingstone and Brockhill Country Parks to enable disadvantaged user groups better access to \r the countryside.\r \r This is a project aimed at increasing access to KCC Country Parks for groups who have specific \r needs and rely on a safe clean changing place. The space has hoists and equipment to enable \r this, with access only using a radar key.
