KCC Structures Team are responsible for the management of highway structures, including several concrete structures with half joints which are managed in accordance with CS 466 Risk management and structural assessment of concrete half-joint deck structures. This Package Order is Consultant services to: 1) Carry out the Initial Review, Risk Assessment for Structural Assessment, Structural Review, and Management Plan stages of the half-joint risk management process in accordance with CS 466; 2) Undertake a Structural Review in accordance CS 451 Structural review and assessment of highway structures ; 3) Produce a Risk Management Report in accordance with CS 466
