Saxon Weald wish to establish an Architectural Services Framework Agreement to support the delivery of a substantial proportion of their development programme, excluding Section 106 schemes. Appointments will be let to framework architects for the provision of design services to enable the delivery of new build, refurbishment, conversion, mixed use, mixed tenure, supported & extra care housing schemes and master planning services in rural & urban locations.
