SARs Dynamics Support and Maintenance

ECC's Information Governance replacement tool for SARs - public enquiry management via Node4 (formerly known as Tisski). The accelerator was developed on Microsoft Dynamics by Node4, this contract is for support and maintenance of the accelerator. The Compliance Accelerator provides the following: • Supports formal enquiries from the general public (e.g. FOI, GDPR, Subject Access Requests), managing and automating the process • Access real-time reports which help identify when you may be nearing breach • Enhances levels of compliance with GDPR and FOI regulations • Guide users through individual rights requests, with automated prompts when deadlines approach
